Plant controller for captive iron foundry producing cast engine blocks, heads, liners and housings. Managed full P&L for the $200M plant. Directed staff of four employees and oversaw all accounting
functions including general ledger, financial analysis, product costing and internal controls. Acted as plant’s Commercial Manager by soliciting insourcing projects to the foundry through engineering and purchasing functions. Collaborated with internal management to bring insourcing projects to production.

Neal's experience has included multiple Fortune 500 companies. His leadership has helped smaller $100M plants and larger $4B divisions. Neal's largest amount of experience comes in the FP&A space but has also worked sell-side due diligence, audit preparation, analytics, controllership, ERP deployments and buyer-side integration. He also serves as the Treasurer on a non-profit board and has experience helping another distressed non-profit fix their books. Neal has experience both within the US and internationally and is a Certified Public Accountant.
